Ruben the local officer at the downtown Yerevan branch is an exemplary person. Very helpful and honest. With the help of the trainee Hagop they make an excellent team. Not to forget Margarita at the main office who is always cheerfull and polite with my phone calls to the main office. Highly recommend the whole team.

Perfect! Both staff and procedures. Google maps does not show the accurate position for nor the parking garage (use address Pushkin st 15A) nor the actual office (which is inside the North Ave Hotel). Very convenient location in Yerevan and great cooperation with the airport branch. I was lucky all of the staff spoke English perfectly and were very nice and took all the time to explain everything. This was the first time ever the personnel mentioned the national speed limits. So great! This to me sounds so obvious that i do not understand this is not a standard practice world wide.
The car was perfectly clean. Leaving the parking garage made me feel uncomfortable if i would ever make it back to the right spot. But that turned out easy. Very well marked i was back on the right spot faster than i had found my way out. Just be careful when entering the parking garage, the barrier is situated IN the corner with the pin basically sticking out towards you. Trafic in Armenia is chaotic as compared to northern European standards. Keep full attention. Cars might all of a sudden pull out, stop, open doors, change lanes etc. I was extremely happy with my navigation system on my phone. Without it i would have had a real hard time navigating in Yerevan. There are speed cameras Everywhere so stick to the limits.
