I hired a small SUV while my car was being repaired and had booked 3-4 weeks prior, requesting a Subaru Forester specifically for my work requirements. Unfortunately on day of collection the Forester I was hoping to get was still out on hire so a car similar offered to me was a Renault Koleos. Danny was great explaining how to operate it and running me through it's features. I'm pleased to say I only turned on the wipers instead of the indicator once! Later on the day of collection, Danny phoned me to say a Forester had been returned and I was welcome to swap it over the next morning if I would like to. I did swap it the next day and Danny and Natalie made the transition very quick and easy. Both cars were in excellent condition and very clean. Returning the car was a quick and easy too. Overall a good experience and I would use Sixt Salisbury again for sure.
