Sixt and Beata saved the day! I had a reservation with Hertz and they cancelled my car because my flight was delayed and I was late. I went over to Sixt and Beata was able to get me a car immediately and worked with me to get me exactly what I needed. She was so friendly and made me feel so much better after an incredibly frustrating situation at Hertz. Such a smooth process and a very nice car. So thankful!
