After arriving at the terminal, please follow the "car rental" signs until the elevator. You will pick up your rental car at the SIXT branch, which is located on the 1st floor. Your car is available in the car rental parking located on the parking P1 ground floor (level 0).

Take the motorway E40/E42 in direction of Mons/Charleroi, continue on the E42 in the direction of Charleroi and take the exit A54 Charleroi. Take the exit 24: Ransart. Continue and follow the signs Airport/Parking P1/Car Rental Return.
From Brussels
Take the motorway E40/E42 in direction of Charleroi, continue on the E42 in the direction of Charleroi and take the exit 24 : Ransart. Continue and follow the signs Airport/Parking P1/Car Rental Return.
From Liège
Take the motorway E42 in the direction of Namur/Charleroi, take the exit Heppignies. Continue and follow the signs Airport/Parking P1/Car Rental Return.
Return information/Shuttle Service
To return your SIXT vehicle, please follow signs for P1 Parking of Charleroi Airport, until you see 'Car Rental' indications. Please enter the car park, the entry barrier opens automatically. Our SIXT Parking and Return zone is located directly on your left. Please park the vehicle on the first free SIXT parking spot, our SIXT employee, if present, will assist you with the return. If no SIXT employee is present or you return out of opening hours, please check for your belongings and then drop the vehicle key in the orange key box located next to the SIXT Parking office in the Parking, on your way to the terminal.

Good experience especially with the Sixt Staff. Notice that at the arrivals(when landed) you need go out of the exit (external cancel) and on the right you can see the lift to arrive at the Sixt office

Everything went well. Very good and effective service, punctual information, correct rental procedure.
The only negative experience is, that the rented type (station wagon) was not available, they offered a same category car for the same price, but with significally smaller boot, or I could have upgraded for higher price. I rented a station wagon especially due to the lot of luggage we have carried. Finally we could arrange the baggage somehow in the smaller car, but I rented a bigger one for a reason.
