I am very satisfied with the services of this company. Other companies refused to rent me a car because I do not have a credit card. I had to pay a little more than with the competition, but it was worth it. They took about 500 € as a deposit for potential damages, which was refunded to me on the day I returned the car. Additionally, the price included insurance, and I was given the car documents and information about road assistance, in case I needed it. Another plus, The car was fully fueled for 780 km, and I was informed I can use it all and not need to refuel. Just return the car with an empty tank. In the morning, I dropped the keys in the box and left. A few hours later, while in the UK, I received a message that the car was returned in very good condition, they thanked me very much, and my deposit was refunded.

I rented a Renault Clio from them through an aggregation service. The car was pretty new, approximately 10,000km on board.
For an additional cost, they offer you the option to return the car with an empty tank. There’s no scam in that, despite what others said in the reviews. The cost of this option is approximately the same as a full tank of gas, or at least it was in my case. Just make sure that you indeed return the car with as empty a tank as possible. They won’t reimburse you. You can as well decline this option. I took it because I returned the car at night and the nearby gas station was closed during the night.
Returning the car during the night had no extra fee. They have a locker and you just leave the key there.
You can also decline the insurance they offer you. Nobody forces you to accept it, but indeed the deposit is pretty high in this case. They block 1200 euros on your credit card as a deposit. This is the only downside. The good thing is that I got it back in less than a week after returning the car.
In the end, the experience was OK. I can recommend them.
