I recently rented a Mercedes Vito with ice tires from the Helsinki Sixt location, and overall, the experience was positive. The pickup process was smooth, and everything was handled efficiently. The customer service team was professional and reassuring, which made the entire process stress-free.
Returning the vehicle was just as easy, and I was impressed by how quickly the deposit was returned.
The van itself performed well overall, but we did encounter some challenges. On a few occasions, the vehicle got stuck in the snow, and we had to shovel our way out. It made us wonder if there might be alternative solutions or additional features that could help in such situations.
Despite this, the overall experience with Sixt was great, and I’d still recommend their services for their professionalism and ease of process.
