Mr. Sunny was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade since the car we had originally booked was unavailable. Unfortunately, when the replacement car was presented to us, it had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. Our rental was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but it was delayed until 2:45 PM when we finally received the car. This setback caused a delay in our trip to Chamonix, which was disappointing given our tight travel schedule. Mr. Sunny was very apologetic and kept us informed throughout the repair process, which we really appreciated. He even called his manager to inquire about offering us a small discount on the rental. Overall, our experience with SIXT was positive, despite the issue with the flat tire. Thank you again, Mr. Sunny, for making our visit more comfortable!

So, this started with a disaster. Booked a car with Turo. Big mistake. The host cancelled on me and Turo provided no assistance. Never again. I contacted Sixt because I have had a great experience with them in the past. All Sixt had was a compact since this rental was over new years. We could not fit 3 suitcases in the car and things looked desperate. We ended up emptying one of the suitcases to fit the contents in the cargo space but more importantly, the branch staff agreed to keep the empty suitcase in their office for us to allow us to continue on our trip. They totally saved our vacation. Thank you for doing something extra you easily could have refused. I will rent from Sixt again next time.

Sunny was super professional and helpful from the time he greeted us walking in the door to walking us through the contract and how the car operated. I had never heard of Sixt before this experience in Annecy but because of Sunny we felt comfortable and excited to drive across France to drop the car off in Bayonne. Thanks Sunny! Until next time!!
