We booked a manual fuel car with SIXT way in advance for our trip. We always take the 0 € franchise just to be sure. Once at the desk we received a well equiped German car, automatic and plug-in hybrid. Which already was a pleasant surprise. We had to wait for around 30 minutes, but afterwards everything went easy. Desk was friendly and drop -off was very easy. The whole fleet of Sixt seems to be almost new cars. The car saved us some money on fuel because we could charge it on the many steep slopes of Corsica.
