When i booked your rental and later that day looks at the google reviews i very much panicked, but the service as a whole was as seamless and great as it could be.
The 400€$ deposit is clearly texted in the contract so I was not worried about that. The car that we got was the one in the “website”. Basically a new car with a Carplay/android auto. Like whaaaaat?!. For this price with unlimited km? Truly insane.
The car was clean inside and outside, we took video, showed the video on the return and everything was great, we even had a “scratch” that was not 100% visible at the video, but the guy was really customer oriented soo we sorted that out without a problem. Deposit came back in 2 days even though they could have had it for a few weeks.
So I highly recommend their services. they were great.
