I rented a transporter recently and had a good experience. Isabella was very helpful. The truck I rented had a hydraulic lift that didn’t work 100% so she quickly adjusted my rental and got me a truck that had a full operational hydraulic lift. She was so kind and let me practice my German, but was also fully fluent in English to help me when the conversation became more complex. I also appreciated being able to easily return the truck after hours.
