Had a great experience with renting a car (Hyundai i30) for two weeks. Missed my return date but was able to call to extend by a day, with reasonable cost. The staff is helpful and kind, getting through on a call can be painful with having to provide information multiple times. Reason for only 4 stars: I initially booked the smallest sixt car category, got a pending request email which was never confirmed or rejected. Had to reach out to find out they don't have these available and I needed to rebook for one category above.
