You will receive your rental car at the SIXT branch, which is located in Seitzstraße 9-11, in the district Lehel, opposite of the Bayrisches Rotes Kreuz (Bavarian Red Cross). It is located directly between the Prinzregentenstrasse and Maximilianstrasse.
With public transportation
Take subway U4 or U5 till stop Lehel and then exit BRK (red cross sign). After the escalator walk straight for 200 m, pass the St. Anna church and cross the courtyard of the Bavarian Red Cross.

All went smooth, friendly personnel, was able to get my car an hour earlier than scheduled. Upon return no issues were detected like I was expecting, and I got my full deposit back in 2 days.
Rented a BMW 3 Series, it turned out to be one of the highest BMW packages with active steering, adaptive cruise control, head-up display and xDrive. Enjoyed it a lot!

The car was super new!
We rented the car from 25 Nov. 2023 to 1 Dec. 2023, and the car was registered on 2 Nov.2023.
It's a super clear and new BMW X3, equipped with built-in GPS.
Originally, we booked Audi A6 on booking.com, but when we arrived at the branch, they cannot provide us with that.
Finally, they decided to take a BMW X3 from another branch to the branch we were at, although they said I took half an hour at most for the car to arrive there, but we actually waited about one hour.
But it was worth it.
It's my first time renting a car.
Therefore, I didn't know I should thoroughly inspect the car when picking it up.
After the BMW X3 arrived, they gave us the key and did no inspection.
When dropping off the car, I parked the car on the street, and returned the key, both sides did not inspect the vehicle.
Luckily, I was not charged for any extra fee (even though the car is not as clean as when we picked it up), they gave me the report about the car which clearly stated there was no problem with the car.
(We didn't buy insurance with SIXT, we bought from RentalCover)
I'd say it's a perfect experience, super new and nice car, reliable service.
