Giovanni and the front gate agent Gabrielle were fantastic. Helpful, efficient and kinds.
I am a value traveler and have rented cheap vehicles. Consider spending a few more $ for less headaches and better vehicles. I paid for an upgrade at check in and the BMW diesel was fantastic - 1200 KM to a tank!
They excel at service service service - it’s worth the extra €15-50 euros per day for no headaches and ease of check in.
