My husband and I traveled to Florence for the first time and we rented a car for two days from Sixt. We had a very pleasant interaction with Emma. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very, very courteous. She even went out of her way to recommend & call a wonderful restaurant for our day trip to Tuscany.

Elana at the Florence train station location was incredibly kind and helpful! After Hertz lost our reservation, we had to make one last minute through Sixt. I had ordered a car over the phone through a Sixt call center and they made mistakes. Once we got to the counter, Elana provided us with kind, quick, and informative assistance. She even had them retrieve the car for us because we were having a stressful day.

We rented from Santa Maria Novella train station. it was fully staffed and wonderfully accommodating. Ilaria Cheisi was lovely and extremely helpful.
