Greice was remarkable - very professional, knowledgeable, yet kind & personable. We walked in nervous about driving for the first time in Europe (wrong side of the road, foreign language signs, weather conditions, etc); she went out of her way and by the end of the interaction she managed to put us completely at ease and sent us off more confident.
