Friendly service and great car. Only downside was long waits to pickup and return. UPDATE: Response to the Owner Response. To clarify, at pickup there was NO ONE staffing the counter for at least 10 minutes while I waited. It was neither crowded nor busy - I was the only one waiting. At the return, I was required to stand in line with those who were picking up as their was no one processing returns. Normally returns are handled separately. Fortunately, I did not have a flight to catch because the wait in line was in excess of 30 minutes. Normally one should expect a fairly brief return process.
