It was an amazing experience, the employee of sixt "Osama" went beyond his responsibilities as a representative of the brand and helped me to find a shop to buy a sim card, so I was not lost in Beirut without a GPS....
The difference between a good company and the bad ones is when the company representatives go beyond their duties in order to have their customers safe and secure and happy.
Bravo to Sixt for having great people working with them.

I had a great rental experience. Booked and prepaid via the Sixt app, which was almost half price. Car was ready when I arrived, and they were very responsive via WhatsApp - no problem to extend for two extra days. Return was quick too. The car was a little old (no Bluetooth) but in good shape. It had some dents and scratches which they did not go over very strictly, but they were also relaxed upon return (not that I made any new scratches). Will definitely rent from here again.

I have been renting cars from SIXT for the past 20 years for vacations in Lebanon where we travel all across the country to visit our families from the North to the South. Each and every time the employees are professional, on time, courteous and respectful. The cars are always clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend them!!
