I had a good experience renting a car from this location during my recent trip to CDMX. Everything went smoothly and Ily was very helpful throughout the process. When I needed to book again the following week, she let me know about road closures due to a marathon, recommended I make a reservation with the airport location to avoid any issues, and verified that my 3rd party reservation was correctly registered in their system the day after. She also shared helpful advice for our visit to Teotihuacan. Like other reviewers mentioned, the deposit with Sixt is quite steep (around $3,000 CAD for a basic economy car, and even higher at the airport location), but it was refunded both times without any issues. I’ll definitely book here again in the future. Thanks Ily!

We took car here with full coverage. Everything was fine except huge deposit. They really wanted to block more than 1600 on our card despite our full maximum insurance. We asked to get a lower deposit and they get only near 800$ in hold and it was ok. But still it would be so much better if Sixt had transparent deposit policy and we would knew ahead how much money would be frozen. But anyway we got all the money back in a few days after returning the car. Car was almost new. Lady was friendly.
