Must say I was very put off by some of the negative reviews. Took full insurance out and had no issues on pick up and return. Deposit returned in 2 working days.

We rented an SUV from this location and dropped it off at Lisbon Airport. It was a bit difficult for the Bolt driver to find the location but after a bit of searching we made it there. The rental agent was friendly and efficient and encouraged me to take photos of any minor scuffs and scratches that they did not consider damage, just in case. The car was in great condition and I appreciate that they did not try to upsell us (that happened to us at Sixt Las Vegas and was a big waste of time). Drop off was efficient and easy as well. I was nervous about renting from Sixt after reading the reviews here but came back to leave a good review since we had such a positive experience. Recommended!
