We were very impressed with the process of hiring a car with Sixt in Koper, Slovenia. First and foremost, the customer service was five stars, and we picked the car up Sunday which was out of hours but efficient.
A very warm and friendly team, who definitely put the customer first, which is rare for hire car companies.
The car was spotless and very reliable, and all pre-existing damage was documented to avoid any confusion on drop-off. We had the car for eight days, travelling around Slovenia.
The process was very efficient from pickup to drop off, and the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with each time.
