Overall experience was good - the car itself and the staff. Couple of reasons I dropped a star: 1, they tried to falsely charge £20 for “late key return”. we luckily had video evidence of dropping the key into the drop box 2 hours early. They then dropped the charge as a “goodwill gesture” lmao. 2, emails were sent to us in a foreign language for some reason, 3, the car was quite dirty inside and out when picked up but was a nice car.

The parking is a bit off the terminal, so when moving more than one piece of luggage around, it may get stressful.
The staff at the hiring station is very friendly and helpful.
Returning the car is tricky, as you to carefully look at the small traffic signs, directing the way to the rental return place. Otherwise you may end up at the terminal parking, where they charge £6.00 per 15 minutes...
