I gave this rental a 5-star rating because the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Checking in online made things quick and easy, and upon arrival, I was assisted by Deborah, who ensured everything went seamlessly. The BMW I rented was exceptionally clean and a pleasure to drive. When it was time to return the vehicle, KD provided outstanding customer service, making sure everything was in perfect order and wrapping up the process hassle-free. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely rent from this company again!
