We rented a car for the day (VW Tigan) to head to Austin from San Antonio's Grand Hyatt Riverwalk and we had such a great experience. Kevin was great and told us everything we needed to know. The car drove well and was comfortable to drive in a city we weren't familiar with. We called David and he waited for us to get to back to the hotel even though we were stuck in traffic and wasn't sure if we would make it back by 6pm. We did not want to keep it overnight and pay for hotel parking only to return in the next morning. Amazing service! Love the convenience of it being in the hotel we were staying at. Would stay there again and definitely rent from Sixt again.

Let me just say first time customer of Sixt…. and because of my experience with Carlos Bentsncourt I WILL be a return customer!
Our CC got hacked in the middle of our trip, and Carlos was able to fix this problem for us.
He was absolutely efficient. Understood the complexity and problem quickly. Without hesitation he rectified everything for us.Even gave us some great foodie and touristy tips!
I can now relax and enjoy the rest of my trip.
